When we take on our painting jobs, we have to do a risk assessment, and while sometimes we are able to work from ladders, it is not always possible.
This is a high 3 storey ex-farmhouse where it is essential to use scaffolding. Although it does add to the cost, it enables the job to proceed at a quicker pace, and as the bulk of any construction work invoice is labour charges, this can offset probably 2 days against working off a ladder.
Thus making the work safer, more accurate and a happier crew!
