As indicated on the Home screen, I'm getting to an age where I'd like to retire in about a year (Sep 26 maybe).
We have been trading as Belper Painting since 2017, although I have been in the trade many years. We are running a successful business with a good customer base with potential to expand. We have Tom as a full time employee on the books who is very popular with our customers and is highly skilled and conscientious.
All the kit necessary will be included in the sale if required eg 2 sets ladders, 4 stepladders etc etc and even the vehicle - again if required.
You must be able to drive, have the ability to focus on customer satisfaction, and be as reliable as Tom.
I would prefer to sell outright - this is a business that is good to go - although if there is anyone out there who couldn't afford to buy outright, I would consider leasing, or agreeing a share of the profits.
